    Part of the performance ratings for a service provider on NHS Choices are contributions from patients or carers/relatives of patients at a particular organisation. The data files included here encompass: 1) Overall ratings for Hospital services and facilities (an average rating out of 5), plus numbers who would recommend 2) Individuals' comments regarding Hospitals and Responses from the service provider 3) Individuals' comments and regarding GPs and Responses from the practice.
